📝 Common issues — quick fixes

App won't open after download: Make sure you unzipped the file first, then double-click ColorByNumberPro-Lite.html (or -Premium.html) and choose to open it in Google Chrome.

Images won't upload: Try a different browser (Chrome is most tested). Confirm your file is JPG, PNG, or WebP. HEIC files from iPhone need to be converted first.

Generated pages look blocky: Try increasing the grid size in Settings, or pick a higher-resolution source image (1500×1500 or larger works best).

PDF won't export (Premium): Check your browser pop-up blocker — the PDF opens in a new tab. Allow pop-ups for colorbynumber.pro.

Lost your download link: Email support with your WarriorPlus order ID — we'll resend within a few hours.
