By accessing or using Color By Number Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Color By Number Pro for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
The Premium license is a lifetime license with no recurring fees. Legacy Basic and Standard licenses purchased before Premium became the sole tier remain valid under their original terms.
The free, browser-based generator is available with full access to core features and no time limit. Free exports include a watermark. No credit card is required. The free version is intended for evaluation to help you decide whether to upgrade to Premium.
All paid plans include a full commercial license. You may use the Software to create color-by-number pages and books for commercial sale, including but not limited to Amazon KDP publications. You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Software.

The Software, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Color By Number Pro and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your license grants usage rights only — not ownership of the Software.
Content you create using the Software (your color-by-number pages, books, and exports) belongs entirely to you.
Your license includes lifetime updates at no additional cost. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include new features, bug fixes, and improvements.
All sales are final. Color By Number Pro is a digital product with instant delivery and lifetime access to the source, so purchases cannot be refunded. A free version is available at colorbynumber.pro/free — please use it to confirm the app fits your workflow before buying. If you hit any technical issue after purchase, our support team will resolve it — email support@colorbynumber.pro with your WarriorPlus order ID. See our Refund Policy for full details.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We make no guarantees regarding income, sales, or commercial success from using the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color By Number Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms of Service, particularly the restrictions in Section 5. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
