Once delivered, the product cannot be un-shipped, so all sales are final and no refunds are issued. We provide a free version of the app at colorbynumber.pro/free that lets you evaluate the core generator with no purchase and no credit card. Please use it to make sure the software fits your workflow before purchasing a paid tier.

2. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of Color By Number Pro Lite and Premium are final. We do not offer refunds.

Why: Color By Number Pro is a digital product delivered instantly at checkout. The complete software downloads as a single HTML file that runs offline on your device with lifetime access — it cannot be revoked or returned once delivered. Payment-processor fees (WarriorPlus and PayPal) are also non-refundable to us on refunded transactions.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

In rare cases where WarriorPlus processes a refund on their platform outside of our control, the WarriorPlus platform fee and the PayPal transaction fee are non-refundable to us. Any partial refund issued would exclude those fees.
