By accessing or using Color By Number Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Color By Number Pro for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
All licenses are lifetime licenses with no recurring fees.
We offer a free 2-day trial with full access to all features. During the trial, all exports include a watermark. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial is intended for evaluation purposes to help you decide which plan suits your needs.
All paid plans include a full commercial license. You may use the Software to create color-by-number pages and books for commercial sale, including but not limited to Amazon KDP publications. You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Software.

The Software, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Color By Number Pro and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your license grants usage rights only — not ownership of the Software.
Content you create using the Software (your color-by-number pages, books, and exports) belongs entirely to you.
Your license includes lifetime updates at no additional cost. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include new features, bug fixes, and improvements.
Every customer receives a free 2-day trial with full access to all features before purchasing. Since you can thoroughly test the Software during the trial period, all sales are final. We encourage you to make full use of the trial to ensure the Software meets your needs before upgrading. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We make no guarantees regarding income, sales, or commercial success from using the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color By Number Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms of Service, particularly the restrictions in Section 5. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
